COMMON ISSUE: "I just purchased the Dialer+ and when I try to access it, it's prompting me to purchase it again"
This issue can be easily solved by going back to "Chats", clearing cache cookies, and reloading the page. If the issue persists, please reach out to Switchboard Support and we'll be happy to help!
How do I access the Dialer+?
Click Chats > Dialer

Q: I don't have any leads in my Dialer+...how do I add some?
A: You can do that with Custom Calling Lists
Once you have some leads in your Dialer, it's time to start calling
Once you hit "Let's Start", you'll be taken to the contact page of the first lead in the list - The call status will be shown on the top right of the screen
Once the call is over, you can select a disposition
Then the Dialer will wait for some time, allowing you to take notes on the call, and will then move on to the next lead
At this point you can pause the process, or skip to the next lead immediately
Triple Dialing
If you want to triple dial, you should pause the process here, and hit the
"📞CALL" button to call the same lead again
Once you click "Next Lead ➡️", the process will begin anew with the next lead in the list until you reach the end, or decide to stop
