Switchboard Dialer: Adding Leads to Custom Lists

1. Click on CRM

Click on CRM

2. Select the leads

  • Select the leads you would like to add to the custom list

3. Click on the ROBOT icon ( Add to Automation )

Click on the ROBOT icon ( Add to Automation )

4. Click on Ok, proceed

Click on Ok, proceed

5. Select a Custom List

  • You will need to select the custom list you would like to add the leads to, there are 5 total custom lists cc Custom List 1 - 5

6. You will need to name the action to add

  • You can put any title in the ACTON box but you will need to put something in there to move forward

7. Click on Add to Automation

Click on Add to Automation

8. Click on Ok

Click on Ok

9. Now you can go to your Custom calling list

  • Go to chats

Now you can go to your Custom calling list

10. Click on Dialer

Click on Dialer

11. Search for the Custom List you Selected

Search for the Custom List you Selected

12. Click on cc Custom List 1

Click on cc Custom List 1

13. You will be able to see the leads that you added to your custom list
