To view anything billing related, go to: Settings > Billing
Here you will be able to access:
Payment Methods
In this section you can view the current card on file. Additionally, you can swap the card out whenever you'd like.
Phone Credits
Switchboard uses a 'wallet' system to pay for telecommunication charges (Agents are responsible for their own charges, for more information on rates, click here). In other words, whenever you are charged, credits are added to your wallet and once you go through them your wallet reloads the credits. The specific amount of credits reloaded can be set by you in this section. Changing the reload amount to a higher number will result in less frequent charges to the card on file.
Billing History
You can view all of the transactions/charges to your card in the "Billing History" section of Billing. To view further transaction details, click on the "See Details" link under Credits. Here you will be able to see information such as:
Month-to-month transactions
Amount charged per message
The message being charged
Time and date of billing
