About the Pricing

Please keep in mind that these prices are typical across the US - there are some areas in which prices may be higher or lower, but these are accurate for estimating your usage.

Why Do We Charge For Usage?

We do not want to limit your usage of the system. However, there are costs associated with each and every call or text that you send. So, you are welcome to use the system as much as possible - but the cost is entirely up to your usage.

But if you think about it - each and every call or text is moving your clients closer to becoming actual commission in your pocket. So these costs are factored in when considering your expected return on investment for leads and the system. One average deal should cover a year or more of communication charges and subscription services, easily.

How Do We Charge Your Usage?

We operate like a credit system - you load a wallet with credits and that in turn becomes what you're able to spend. As that wallet empties - you can set the level in which you want it be refilled.

If you become delinquent - we will have to take action to remedy this.

What Do We Charge For Usage?

Pricing is exactly the same as Twilio, with a 10% discount on select categories.

Phone Numbers

  • Each phone number is an additional fee/mo and depends on the region you've selected.

    • Local Number $1.15 / month

    • Toll-Free Numbers are $2.15 / month

  • You may have as many as you want - but are billed for each.

Making Calls (Outbound calls + voicemails)

  • Price: $ 0.0140/ min

  • $10 gets you about: 715 out bound call minutes

Receiving Calls (Inbound Calls)

  • Price: $ 0.0085 / min

  • $10 gets you about: 1125 inbound call minutes

Text Messaging (Either Direction)

  • Price: $.0079 / segment

    • What's a segment?

An SMS comprises of segments and each segment is 160 characters long. So if you are sending a lengthy SMS, it will consume multiple segments and thereby drive up your cost. So a 310 character message would be 2 segments.

  • So $10 gets you about: 1265 segments

How to Reduce Phone Usage Costs

  1. Limit the number of phone numbers you have.

  2. Turn off phone number validation under settings, if you have it on.

  3. Turn contacts to DND if they are inactive.
