Let's take a deeper look at the CRM page!

At the very top you have your various views

These are:

  • Smart Lists - the default view when you click the CRM button

  • Bulk Actions - view and manage your Bulk Actions

  • Restore - restore deleted contacts/leads

  • Tasks - view and manage your tasks

  • Manage Smart Lists - Share/Edit/Delete/Rename your smart lists

Just below that are you smart lists

Here are you Bulk Action buttons

These are:

Add Contact - you can use this to manually add leads to Switchboard, though it's not recommended that you do it this way. Ideally you'd create a referral lead in HQ and bring it over with Sync HQ

Pipeline Change - You'll almost never use this and we don't recommend it as it's very easy to cause damage that's difficult to reverse

Add to Automation - This is the button you'll use to start campaigns on your leads

Send SMS - You can use this to send SMS in bulk. We don't recommend sending bulk SMS to more than 20 leads at a time as it can cause issues with the carriers.

Send Email - Same as Send SMS, but for email!

Add/Remove Tags - Add and remove tags from your leads

Delete Contacts - This removes leads from your CRM, if you make a mistake when deleting, you can always use the "Restore" view at the top of the CRM to bring them back.

To the right we have Columns, Search and Filters

Columns - Add more columns to the present view - If you need to make a column persistent, you have to save it as part of a smart list. Here's how to do that: How to save columns

Search - You can search leads by their uniquely identifiable information, like first name, last name, phone or email

More Filters - Allow you to apply filters to the view so you can focus on what's important. These can be tricky so we've dedicated an article to them: Getting Started with Smart Lists

The contacts list

This is where you'll see all your contacts, if you click on a contact you'll be taken to the Contact Page

The default sorting method is date created descending. You can sort by the various columns by clicking the πŸ”Ό or πŸ”½ buttons.
