How to save a column in the CRM

A common problem agents find themselves in is the following

You've just added a column to the CRM to display useful information such as age, you go into a lead to give them a few calls, you go back to the CRM and the column is gone.

This article will help you avoid this exact situation

First, select the columns you want to add

Now that we've added the column, we're going to also add a filter

It doesn't matter which filter you add, it just has to be **a** filter, any filter. If you're already working in a smart list, all the better, but we're going to keep things simple.

We want to see all our leads in this case, so we can set a very broad that will cover all of our leads.

We're then going to save this filter as a smart list - we're almost there!

Now the new column(s) will persist in that smart list

Done!
