Usually, the reason for a case to be caught in Approved Status is due to a pending Licensing appointment or an outstanding amendment for the client to sign.
With LGA, to see if there is an outstanding licensing requirement, go to the "Workboard" tab of Application Manager and see if there are any Licensing task cards.
