Do I have to be appointed in the state prior to submitting business?(LGA)

  • No, however, you must be licensed in the state where the policy owner lives. Resident states are pre-appointed once we have the contracting paperwork but all other states are processed โ€œJIT (just-in time)โ€ once the case is submitted.

  • Note: Instant decisions will not issue until state licensing and appointment are confirmed in NIPR
