1. Click on CRM
2. Select the contacts that you would like to the bulk action sent to. We've selected the page of contacts.
3. You can create a bulk action for SMS or Email, we will start with SMS.
4. This page tells us where to track the progress of our bulk action.
5. On this page, you can curate the message that you will send out to selected contacts.
6. Additionally, you can choose from one of our SMS templates.
7. You have the option of sending them all at once, or one by one (drip mode).
8. Now that you have created/chosen your message and how it will be sent out, you will need to enter a description of the action for tracking purposes.
9. Your bulk action is ready ! Click "Send SMS" to start.
10. Now to the bulk Email
11. The process is the same as doing a bulk SMS, except you'll need to put your sending name and email address.
12. Now to track either types of bulk actions, go to "Bulk Actions"...
13. ...And here you can track the progress of it!
