How to Create a Bulk Action

Sending mass text messages or emails to contact list

1. Click on CRM

3. You can create a bulk action for SMS or Email, we will start with SMS.

5. On this page, you can curate the message that you will send out to selected contacts.

7. You have the option of sending them all at once, or one by one (drip mode).

8. Now that you have created/chosen your message and how it will be sent out, you will need to enter a description of the action for tracking purposes.

9. Your bulk action is ready ! Click "Send SMS" to start.

11. The process is the same as doing a bulk SMS, except you'll need to put your sending name and email address.
