2. Your Upline
Reaching out to your upline is always the best place to go with any questions. They typically receive information earlier, due to their seniority, and part of their job is to help ensure you have the resources you need to do your job.
In fact - you can even add your upline's information as a contact within Switchboard and communicate with them specifically within the app!
3. Guided Tours
Whenever you see a guided tour within the application - don't skip it!
We place this at opportune times for you... Meaning we aren't trying to bog you down with something, if an in-app guided tour pops up - that's because we know that is the best time to show it to you.
You'll see more of these when you're starting out to help you navigate around the application, but anytime you see one, it's important to go ahead and see it through to the end!
4. Support
The chat icon in the bottom right of your screen is where we can address any technical issues you might have, but ideally, relying the top 3 resources, above, are the best ways to get help!
