1. Click on the Reputations tab in the menu and you'll be brought to the Overview
2. Where you get a great dashboard to see all sorts of review metrics
3. We give a goal of 20 reviews in a month. As you hit that goal - you'll see the bar fill up! You can also check the average rating, as well!
4. The sentiment of the reviews and the stars received give you a lot of insight to how well you're performing as an agent!
5. As you invite more people to review your business, you'll see trends generate here so you constantly be improving.

7. When you send your first review, you'll see the contacts populate in a list, here
8. When you're ready to send a review, you can do so from this page, the CRM page, or anywhere in the app from the quick actions icon.
9. Just type in their name, phone, or email...
10. And we'll populate a list of the people matching that search so you don't even need to find their email or phone number!
