1. Click Reporting
2. In the top-right-you'll see all of the available filters. The first dropdown allows you to filter by number, if you have multiple.
3. The next dropdown is a filter to adjust the dates you'd like to be viewing in the report.
4. You can select a preset time frame like "Last 7 Days," or just pick two dates from the calendar.
5. Next to that, there is a filter in which you access more detailed options...
6. There are a ton you can choose from, but let's go back for now
7. You'll notice we're only looking at INBOUND calls (yes, you WILL get in bound calls with this system - it's not too often that your clients are reaching out to YOU, huh?)
8. You'll see a nice monthly graph of the time frame you selected, filtered by your options.
9. This shows the number of calls that were "First-time callers" meaning it was the first time we recognized them since you added them as a contact.
10. This shows your average call duration - the higher, the better! That's the actual time you've spent talking with clients, divided by the number of calls made.
11. You also get an automatically generated call log for every call that comes through our system! No more manual call logs!
12. You can mark a call as qualified so that next time you come to the report you can easily find your best sales calls. This is great for training new agents!
