All about the Deal Pipeline feature of Switchboard

1. You can see all of your deals in the Deals tab

8. Clicking on open will only show deals that are still in progress and have not been lost (opted out or not interested) or won (you sold them!)

12. You can see in the Hot Leads (responded) stage of the pipeline, there are a lot of lost deals. That's because we AUTOMATICALLY will mark leads that opt out as lost, for you. You can also easily drag these cards around these as lost.

14. Under "Opportunities", you'll see 3 Closed (won deals) and 1 Lost. This reflects what you just saw in the pipeline.
